Ollo4d Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ollo4d ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the ollo4d website, mobile application, and all services offered through our platform.

By clicking the "Register" button, completing an online registration form, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the ollo4d website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document, along with all related policies including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the ollo4d platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority recognised by the laws of your place of residence, whichever is higher.
• Not prohibited by any law or regulation in your jurisdiction from participating in online gaming activities.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list or any gaming prohibition programme imposed by the relevant authorities.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Registering for yourself and not on behalf of another person.

3 Account Registration and Identity Verification

Each individual is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at ollo4d at any one time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. The details you must provide include:

• Full name as stated in a valid identification document.
• An active email address that belongs to you
• A valid Malaysian mobile number.
• Exact date of birth.

The identity verification process (KYC) is mandatory for all members prior to their first withdrawal or when requested by the ollo4d team. Accepted documents include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or a valid Malaysian driving licence. The process is completed promptly and your information is fully protected.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

Ollo4d provides a variety of payment methods suited for Malaysia users, including online banking (FPX), local e-wallets, and other methods displayed in the Finance section of the platform.

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20, unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.
• Deposits may only be made using verified payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits using borrowed funds or third-party funds are strictly prohibited.
• Ollo4d does not cover any transaction fees that may be charged by your payment service provider.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only processed to bank accounts or e-wallets that have been verified through the KYC process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Ollo4d reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing high-value withdrawals.
• All rollover requirements for any applicable bonus must be fully met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method — e-wallets are generally faster than bank transfers.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by ollo4d are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general terms applicable to all promotions are as follows:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.
• Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) must be met within the specified period before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Ollo4d reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is any indication of misuse or fraud.
• Unclaimed bonuses or those that fail to meet the required conditions within the validity period will expire automatically.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and may result in account closure.

6 Game Rules and Integrity

All games offered at ollo4d use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including ollo4d itself.

Members are prohibited from using any method or software designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over other players. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to control gameplay actions.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate the outcomes of table games or live games
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities found on the platform
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass restrictions.

Any winnings obtained through illegitimate means will be forfeited and the accounts involved will be closed without prior notice. ollo4d reserves the right to disclose information to the relevant authorities if required.

7 Expected Member Conduct

Ollo4d is an entertainment platform that celebrates a diverse community of players. We expect all members to interact in a respectful and responsible manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language in live chat sessions or any communication with the support team.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other members.
• Attempting to obtain personal information or account details of other members
• Committing any form of financial fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate the law
• Filing a fraudulent credit card chargeback after funds have been used in games

Violations of this code of conduct may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting the ollo4d support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, once all conditions have been met.

Ollo4d reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Suspicion that an account is being used for fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Multiple Account Usage
• Unjustified chargebacks or any form of financial fraud attempt.

In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, ollo4d reserves the right to forfeit all credit balances, bonuses, and winnings held in that account.

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimers

Ollo4d provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform runs smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from technical interruptions, server outages, or issues beyond our control.

Ollo4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Platform disruptions or unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or external causes
• Data loss or damage arising from factors beyond our control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
• Game results disputed more than 24 hours after the time of the incident

Ollo4d's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Ollo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website, unless a different effective date is explicitly stated.

We will endeavour to notify members of any material amendments via in-platform notifications or email to the registered address. However, it remains your own responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the ollo4d platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the updated terms.

11 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online platforms. Should any dispute arise between you and ollo4d, we encourage an amicable resolution in the first instance through our customer support team.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with procedures set by the relevant authority. Both parties agree that the arbitration decision is final and binding.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary, while the remainder of these terms continue in full force and effect.
